Just because...

Watched the BBC version of North & South yesterday. All the episodes in one go. Never seen it before.
It was brilliant! :-)
And Armitage is seriously drool worthy! Just wanted to share :-)
Also I wonder if the original version was any good. Did anyone see it? If so let me know.

Mmm, yes, teh Armitage is yummy and in North&South especially so.

Which original version are you referring to? The Elizabeth Gaskell novel or are you talking about an earlier Tv adaptation?

Guess I could be reffering to the book as the original version but that just makes me sound like a complete numpty! :-) No I was just googling to get some images for this post and loads of other once showed up so I was wondering if there was an older tv version. A bit like there is more then one of Pride & Predjudice. But they might just have been for something else I guess.

There was, I believe, a version in the 70s with Patrick Stewart.
More confusingly though, there was a US TV series starring Patrick Swayze in the 80s called North And South that was set in the Ameican Civil War.
