Reading LJ writers recommended

I realized I have never fessed up that I have been reading my friends list in more ways than one. That's right, I've actually been reading their books. A diverse lot, to be sure, with varied voices and each interesting in their own way.

You'll remember, of course, how much I enjoyed carriejones TIPS and coebooth TYRELL. But now, I've explored even further and

Wow, Linda, are all these fabulous writers on your f-list? I've read many of the ones you mentioned but I have to say, a book I am especially looking forward to is IN THE NAME OF GOD. Just waiting for the right moment to pounce on it.

Well, er, yeah, I push a button and I friend them. Doesn't mean they know me, like me, or want to be my friend. But apparently I can sniff out good writers! And I'm sure that includes those with manuscripts waiting to become books.
