There is something about watching people who are good at what they do that makes Arthur breathless. Hehe, Arthur has a competency kink. ^_^ He's not the only one!
I really like the girls in Arthur's class for being so supportive and trying to tell him how blind he's being.
“He likes you. I think he really likes you. But I think you can’t see it because he’s not hiding it at all and it’s so obvious it’s too big for you to see.” This is such an insightful and beautiful way to put it! ^__^
That whole scene at the end of the party was so well written that I felt like I was experiencing each one of Arthur's emotions along with him.
The gentle calm as Eames sat on the grass beside him, the tension as they talk about going out, the brief flash of anger as going out seems like the 'easy option' followed by the sheer anticipation of the kiss. After that, I loved how it played out. :)
My favourite lines happen to also be the ending lines of each part. Arthur looking into the mirror thinking: More things than these will fade. and “
