I just don't get it. I've got more kids failing than ever before. They don't attend or they don't hand work in. and when I ask them about it the response is a shrug and a "meh". Can not get them motivated. and it's not just me apparently. My colleagues are talking about it as well. It's like someone put complacency in the water. Total

We are starting PLCs at my school but we don't necessarily have those strictures. Is that a PLC thing? Or just to your school?

it's a plc thing... they start you off with the collaboration aspect then it moves into no zero's and not grading homework.

This is our 4th year of PLC and I've really soured on it.
