Hello journal. It's been awhile. How have you been? I've been well. But I've been feeling a bit displaced from the world lately. I blame summer. But my body is blaming myself. So I'm setting some goals I want to accomplish. Hopefully in time, everything will become habit more than a chore. And I'm so excited for that! Here we go

& only exfoliate once a week girl. I use st. ives scrubs. Get a good cleanser, try glo products. & only use it once a day. Use cetaphil in the morning, or just water. if you wash your face too much you produce more oil than you need to. moisturize. sunscreen. look into chemical peels. I had a series of 6 glycolic peels. They have completely changed my skin.
probiotics are amazing too.
just things i have found make a difference.
