I'm absolutely heartbroken right now after the news. His music has always touched my soul very much. When I read the news my heart just jumped and my eyes started flooding right away.

You will be missed ♥  love you to death, rest in peace Pete.

((big hugs)) I'm so sorry hun! it's so sad that something like that has to happen, especially since he was now getting healthier. I know how you feel I went through the same thing in April 2002, when my most favorite singer Layne Staley died(he, to me, had an angels voice and still inspires me today), and I'm still heartbroken.

*big hugs* thanks Mon, yeah I know, it is so sad. It just feels like one of those things that you just can't believe is real, and when you know that it is, your stomach just turns to knots. I'm sure you know, I liked Alice in Chains too, so I can totally relate to you with Layne. Type O Negative was THE "thing" for me. I loved their brutal sense of humor and his deep voice so much, he was such a big persona, our "Jolly green giant". He's a legend and I'm sure he's in a better place now, probably looking down on us and thinking this was his last and best joke ever. He left a legacy that will inspire even more generations to come.
