Hello again. I just wanted to try and touch base to see if I can get your approval to have the following part of the final ballot for the Men of Middle Earth Awards:

"Maybe This Time" - Classic General RPS Long Fiction

darknight999 has indicated that it's ok for it to be on the ballot, but I'd also like to know you were happy with its participation as well.

Voting is set to begin on Wednesday, September 17, and run through October 31, so I'm hoping to get in touch with all the authors by this Friday (September 12) so I can get all the coding finished in time.

If you'd rather not be included, that's no problem at all. Just let me know and I'll make sure your work isn't on the ballot. I just want to make sure that I've done everything possible to get in touch with you before finalizing the post for the final vote.
