Hee, the thought of a shirtless and barefoot Riggins standing in the street is rather delicious (yeah, like anyone could resist looking in the rearview mirror!). ANother subtle and charming chapter, charting the volatility and insecurity of teenage romance - it's a joy to read.

Right? I mean, Julie's only human. :)

Thanks you! It's been an interesting story to write so far, and I've still got a ways to go. Expect more volatility and insecurity, to say the least.

Thanks so much for commenting!

I've been hanging out for the next chapter and you've pulled it off again :)

Like elzed I'm really enjoying the mental image of the shirtless, barefoot Riggins. But I also really enjoyed the confusion and turmoil of the party. And I loved Gracie Belle being smug that she could do things Jordyn couldn't :)

I can't lie, one of my favourite things in this fic is getting to write Gracie and Jordyn. :)

Thanks so much, and I'm glad you enjoyed it. More very soon, I think.

Aw, thank you so much! You're so sweet. I'm totally okay with a broken record if it means people let me know they're enjoying the fic, really. ;)

I adore this story. Your writing is very emotive. You have a way of capturing all these moments, especially the soft, muted moments - and even the awkward silent ones - and making them come to life as if they were being played out on a TV screen rather than as words on a page. That's a very powerful gift and I look forward to reading more of this gorgeous story.

That said, Tim Riggins barefoot and shirtless? Yum! I'll get behind that ANY day.
