Well, that was fun.
He is, to all appearances, fine now, outside playing football and t-ball with daddy. But it was one rough night for sure. He woke up about 10:15 last night complaining his tummy hurt and he wanted water. Of course the Southwest website would be down when I can carve thirty minutes out to find tickets. Dazed and slightly confused
I'm more than a little blurry right now. I got about an hour napping on the couch last night. The upside is that I got an awesome buddy hug when Logan woke up and saw me in the living room. A but blurry
Mid term Review is coming up on Friday and I'm so tired I can hardly see straight. I'll likely get three or four hours of sleep tonight, same as the last two nights, and probably none tomorrow night. I'm so tired. School is just grinding me down and it's not even halfway through the semester. I've got two more years of this crap after this semester too. Color me depressed ( Read more... ) -
Trip to the baby dentist!
Logan had his very first dentist visit today and he did absolutely superb. He sat on me for the whole thing, but he opened his mouth on cue (and closed it too). He let the hygienist brush AND floss his teeth and then we took xrays of his one dark tooth. The root is fine, so the tooth is apparently bruised and just stained from the blood buildup, ( Read more... ) -
The spectral squeak above...
Despite having neighbors living above us, squeaky floors and all, for literally HIS ENTIRE LIFE, munchkin came home from 2 weeks of vacation with us and is now TERRIFIED of the squeaking floors. So terrified he could hardly get to sleep last night, I had to go in at least four times last night. He was finally soothed by the addition of mommy's big ( Read more... ) -

We just got back from two weeks with my folks in San Diego. Christmas with a three year old is really REALLY fun. Matt and I also took a belated 5 year anniversary date night and stayed in a swanky hotel for a night and had a swanky dinner after seeing True Grit.
