I don't know what hurt more- the bullets tearing through my chest, or the fact that Angel had managed to beat me. He'd beat me at a game I was good at. I certainly wasn't expecting something like that to happen. Shot by one of his lackeys. By Lorne of all people. I deserved something better. Angel should have done it himself
