so i reached my threshold for achieving work-related cranky. it was the second busy 12 hour day in a row, too many computer issues (like them not fucking working for 2 and a half work days), too many infuriating owners, and too many aggressive pets. i have to bust ass tomorrow to get everything done in time to leave early enough to pick kenneth up
