This morning I got up early and tried to take a nice long walk. There’s a park right across the street from my apartment with a trail that overlooks the Hudson River. Classy no? So I got up the hill and my head hurt so much I had to sit and take a break. Could it be allergies? Or is the walk/run (more walk than run) doing something to my brain
