Tonight was my third night in a row going out for a walk. I feel really great! I go around the two blocks around my house three times, and take Sonya (My diggity dog) around for the first time through. I went around in my van today and reset the odometer and it's 0.6 miles for one time around, so 1.8 for three times around. It's both going up and
