Mom and dad don't like the idea of a new car. They said no.

But now I guess I will still have some money to buy an LCD flatscreen monitor and a digital camera.

Parce qu'il est trop cher acheter une noveau transmissione, quand la voiture voudrait une.

... Because it is too expensive to buy a new transmission when the car will need one.

It's funny how I automatically think of responses in French...I guess two months in a French country does that to you.

Oh well now I have $$$ for other stuff.
