Many of you know that the old hotel I've lived in since the '50s will be knocked down, and replaced with a new hotel(?), condos, high-rise, etc.

Heh, you should have seen it last weekend! My new roommates somehow tapped into the greatest moving resource ever - a Mormon youth leader. We had a mysteriously well-organized herd of smiling young men hoisting furniture through the stairwell on Saturday - SANS CAFFEINE OR BEER!! They were great!
