It would indeed be delightful to have some books.

At this point, I'd be grateful for tax codes.

I do understand your frustration, young Lady. But wouldn't it be too boring ?

Not as boring as being kidnapped and stuck in the woods with nothing to read.

D.. don't tell me.. you've gotten to the point of boredom where you'll go and read something voluntarily?!

I usually hit that point twenty minutes after being awake in the morning.

Really?! That often?!

[ Minako is too much of a gullible soul for Daria.. ]

Poor thing.. Your life must practically be hell!

I've been saying that at least since I was twelve years old. Thank you for noticing.

If there is, it's rather well hidden. I've found practically nothing to busy myself with, despite my searches.

That's depressing. I guess I was wrong about high school being hell. At least there was a library there.

You'll find that this little village is lacking a fair number of other items as well, if you haven't already.

TV ... the Internet ... electricity ... pizza. [sigh] Yeah, I noticed.

[High pitched sorority voice, go! Just like old times.]

There is one book in the inn and one in the town hall. The mansion has a library but you probably shouldn't go searching around in there.

[oh you.]

Just the one? I hope it's not a pop-up book.

How else would I be able to read it?

Good point. Guess I'll just have to save it for a special occasion - a really desperate five minutes of boredom I'll want to kill.

The mansion has a library. It was easily accessible and safe for a short period, but by now it's a suicide mission, I'm sure.

So my choices are either a suicide mission to acquire books at the village library, or death by boredom. Sounds like an easy choice to me.

Don't go to the mansion alone, it's dangerous. I'd say don't go there at all but you sound pretty determined.

[voice] linefacer September 28 2011, 14:28:27 UTC
Clearly you overestimate my sense of motivation. I may be bored out of my skull, but I'm not bored enough to do something so obviously stupid and dangerous. [siiigh] What's so dangerous about the mansion, anyway?
