A-freakin'-mazing.

Ugghhh. I overslept...and since it was an accident i have the "gross, too much sleep" feeling, instead of the "sweet--delicious extra sleep," feeling of the intentional noon wake-up.

Now that i'm up, though, i can appreciate what a nice day it is. Friday, payday, almost lunchtime, and only 91 degrees right now.

I got some good drawing done last night. Sometimes it seems ridiculous to take a break from painting, to go draw, when i'll never be able to sell any of the dozens and dozens of nude pastels that get done there. On the other hand, it's important to support the group when i'm not posing...not to mention i'm learning a lot...and it's also nice to see ( Read more... )

It feels so strange to me, to be writing under a new Live Journal name. I have good, strong feet. I look at them a lot when i walk, because i'm usually wearing sandals, so i had a moment of mild confusion every time i looked down at my boots yesterday.
