Long overdue update

It's been a while since I wrote anything in here. PhD thoughts have been bleeding across into morsla, and each time I think of writing something in this journal I remember all the other stuff that I wanted to write first. Rather than try to do things in any kind of order, I figured that I should just start writing again

It sounds like you're going right on track! Try not to get too freaked out by the impending patch of busyness - once you get into the groove, it's a great feeling, and the whole thing will seem a lot less daunting :)

Keep it up! And let me know if you need a fellow PhD student to vent at about the trials and tribulations of the process :P
