Customer Service Consultant
Harvard Business School Publishing (HBSP) is looking to add to our team of Customer Service Consultants. This is a great opportunity to join a top notch publishing company and be part of the Harvard community and a strong Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Consultant within our call center, you will interact with new and existing customers to determine their service needs via phone and email; "plant the seed" for potential future opportunities to grow sales among established customers; work closely with the sales department to identify, qualify and distribute leads; identify opportunities to provide support for various HBSP product, sales and service groups; capture information from customers for use by Corporate and Academic Sales, Marketing and Product Development; work on special projects as directed.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree required. One to three years of successful sales and service experience in a customer focused environment. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Desire to work with/interest in management and leadership development content. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Working knowledge of web and email based customer contact technologies.
