It's an anime that had /a/ raging for months. The main character, Taiga (the blondish one), is a tsundere trying to confess her love to a guy she likes, but accidentally puts her love letter in the wrong bag, instead giving it to a scary-looking guy named Ryuuji (the guy with the blue hair). The two team up and together try to gain the affection of their respective love interests.

Seems kinda typical shoujo school-life to me. Which I'm not knocking. :) Maybe I'll check it out. Like the saying goes: never judge a book by its cover.
