I've never used CS3, so I don't know what it's like. Have you ever used Photoshop before? If not, it's one of those programs you just have to try using and get used to how it works. When I first tried it, I really didn't like it, but after a while I got the hang of things and now I use it for everything.

I used CS2 and loved it. Well, kind of. But I downloaded CS3 just now on the 30 day trial and feel like a kid in a giant playground that doesn't know how to work the flying fox. I'm trying to make banners, which I believe are made up of textures and layers and funny shaped text. But I just can't captain! And I wanted to make those icons with the different colour bright lights on them. But I stink. :(
