Aussie here. Rona and iso are definitely in use but I haven't really heard any other Covid/lockdown related slang, at least where I live.

Yeah, that one was a classic! Did you know he was actually a comedian before he was in the Crocodile Dundee movies? He had his own tv show too.

Sanny, iso, and Rona here. I live on the East Coast. Never heard anyone say pozzi for positive, and the only time I ever hear magpie beyond the actual bird is when I get called it for liking shiny things. :)
