Tibetan names

I've been reading about this subject, growing out of a campaign I'm running, and I'm curious about a topic that falls within it. As I understand it, Tibetans often have multiple names that amount to short phrases, but with no element that exactly corresponds to the Western concept of a surname. No idea about Tibetian. I heard of alguttnation in phrases but not in names. But basically it is combining individual particles to create meaning instead of words A typical agglunative phrase will look like one long word but it is really a senten. It is present in languages like Turkish and neighboring Georgian. Arabic has a root system for words where you take three basic letters and add others to make different parts of speech. I am sure Hebrew is like that, and Tibetan maybe too.
