CHARACTER NAME: Link
FANDOM: The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess
CHRONOLOGY: Just after defeating the Dark Lord Ganondorf.
CLASS: Hero
SUPERHERO NAME: Hero of Time
ALTER EGO: Link, Farmhand
BACKGROUND:
Link was born and raised in a small village called Ordon, just outside Hyrule Field. He lived there peacefully, performing various tasks such as: Working the village's livestock, training with Rusl (The town swordsman), and playing with the children of the village. The peace lasted until one day, after working livestock, the Bublin (goblin minions of Ganondorf) attacked he and his friends whilst they were mending Epona's leg. Link was knocked unconcious by the King Bublin.
Upon awakening from being knocked unconcious, Link stumbled from the Ordon Springs to find a large glowing wall covered in marking. His curiosity piqued, he cautiously made his way toward the strange wall. He felt a strange energy come from the wall, given the chance, he would have left the wall, but just before he could leave a large arm came through the wall, grabbing him and pulling him into the Twilight Realm. His head pounded surrounded by the twilight, a place not intended for living people, his hand shone bright the sign of the triforce. He screamed out in agony as he transformed into his shadow wolf form; he then fell, unconscious, to the ground. A shadow beast drug him away to his prison cell.
He awakened chained to the floor in the form of the wolf. He scratched and bit and the chain that bound him, in vain, until an imp named Midna appeared and agreed to free him if he would do as she said. He agreed, seeing as how he had little choice; she kept to her promise and freed him. After escaping the prison, and meeting the 'Twilight Princess' (Which he later found out was Midna), he walked past the Ordon Springs and discovered a spirit living within them. The spirit told him of his true destiny as the Hero Of Time, he accepted his task and set out on his journey to collect all of the pieces of fused shadow needed to break the barrier surrounding Hyrule Castle.
He journeyed throught the land of Hyrule venturing to the Forest, Fire, and Water temples to collect the three pieces of fused shadow required to unleash Midna's ultimate power. After, collecting all three of the pieces he returned to the shrine at Lake Hylia to speak with the spirit that resided there. Unfortunately, he encountered Zant (Ganondorf's Right Hand) who implanted a shard of twilight into Link and took the three pieces of fused shadow. After retrieving the Master Sword from the Sacred Garden to free him from the curse of Twilight, Link adventured to collect the four missing pieces of the Twilight Mirror, so that he could travel to the Realm of Twilight to defeat Zant and collect the fused shadow pieces. Link collected the pieces of the Mirror of Twilight and ventured to the Realm of Twilight, filling the master sword with light to defeat darkness, defeating Zant, and reclaiming the fused shadows.
Finally, He ventured to Hyrule Castle where they used the fused shadow to break Ganon's forcefield. Link fought the King Bublin, besting him for the final time and earning his allegiance. He reached the main chamber where Ganondorf was waiting for him to arrive, after besting a possessed Zelda, Ganon's shadow beast form, and Ganon on horseback. The final battle occurred in Hyrule Field where Ganon challenged Link to a swordfight. After a long battle Link knocked the Dark Lord onto his back and performed the final blow: plunging the Master Sword deep into his heart, stopping Ganondorf for good.
PERSONALITY:
Link, having been born in a small town, learned his traits from the tight knit community. He is always one to work hard and stand up for what is right. He can be naive, only seeing the small town until his adventure, so he relies on a strong sense of adventure. He is always one to try something new and doesn't hesitate from jumping in. Being a very open minded person, Link does not judge anyone or anything upon it's appearance, which led him to form many friendships along his journey. He is easy to get along with and will defend, even his newest friends, from anything that should try to hurt them.
He is incredibly courageous, but doesn't rush into things most of the time. He will think things through and try to establish a good course of action before acting. Link is highly intelligent and displays such by solving many puzzles throughout multiple temples. He holds family close to the heart, having no parents of his own, the residents of Ordon are his family and he would give anything to protect them. Although he is only around 17, he can be very mature and rational in situations where most people his age would not. However, he is still 17 and still enjoys snow sledding with Yeto, fishing, and playing games. He has a strong sense of responsibility and never makes a promise he doesn't keep. He is an all around friendly individual that would never intentionally be cruel, unless you are someone trying to hurt the people he cares about.
He is naive with romantic emotions and is very shy around flirtatious individuals, sometimes shocked by things they say until he realizes it is all in good fun. He has one love interest, Ilia, whom he searches for and eventually finds with all of her memories lost. He knows that she is a long time friend of his and does everything he can to get her memory back. He does eventually realize his feelings for her, but does not act upon them until after Hyrule is saved.
Link has an incredibly long fuse, when it comes to making him mad. It takes harming the people he cares about to set him off and even then he tries to keep a cool head. In situations where most would set off in a blind rage, Link takes a deep breath and analyzes the situation. This aspect of his personality saves he and his friends lives, multiple times.
He even uses his calm collected nature to bring others out of an angry fit. In times where Midna would have struck out and possibly gotten herself killed, Link pulls her back and calms her down, the last thing he wants is to see one of his friends hurt from rushing into something angry and blind.
In short, Link is anything but an average 17 year old boy. He is an unmatched (at least in his world) swordsman, but never one to fight without reason. He is responsible and finishes his work, but loves to have fun. He is calm under pressure and never acts without thinking things through. He loves adventure and the thought of new thing almost as much as he loves his friends, whom he would do anything for. He will always be one to stand up for what is right, even if he is standing alone.
POWER:
1) Hammerspace to pull his various equipment. (Dual Clawshot, Master Sword, Hylian Shield, Ball and Chain, Bombs, Bow and Arrow, and Gale Boomerang.)
2) Master Sword Wielder (Abilities granted by Master Sword such as: Magical deflecting, Mega-Spin [after channeling energy into his blade he releases a energy blast covering a five foot radius])
3) Everytime he picks something important up,
this sound will play.

COMMUNITY POST (FIRST PERSON) SAMPLE:
[Link comes onto the video looking slightly confused. He holds up the communicator and twists it around, looking it over. He eventually spots what looks like a small eye on the front, the camera, and begins to speak. He is speaking with a calm and quiet tone.]
Hello, I'm not entirely sure what is going on, but I read the scroll on the wall and it instructed me on how to use this... thing. If there are any fairies in here who could help me get home, let me know. I've never been to this village and if one of you could tell me how to get back to Hyrule Field, that would be great. Also, If you have seen an imp named Midna, let me know, I'm worried about her and I think she is severely injured. She is small, black with grey, and has orange hair that turns into a hand. She is very sarcastic and may seem mean, but will probably have asked if you have seen me.
[He pauses a moment, there isn't something important he is forgetting]
Oh! I'm Link, by the way. Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude I'm just a little mixed up after waking up here.
[There is a buzzing and dogtags fall into a slot on the wall behind him. He places the communicator on a table and you can see him walk to the wall.]
What are these? They look kind of like my horse whistle necklace, but how do I play them?
[Picks up his dogtags; as soon as he does,
this sound plays from seemingly no where. His voice becomes slightly louder and more excited.]
What?!? I wonder what kind of animal that calls.
[He walks back to the communicator picking it up and looking into the eye.]
If any of you in here know anything, I could really use some help right now.
[He sighs and his voice becomes sad.]
I just want to go home.
LOGS POST (THIRD PERSON) SAMPLE:
Link awakened in a small room, looking around he quickly realized he was inside somewhere and it was cold. Was he back at the Snowpeak Mountains, he hadn't seen this room there, but he could have missed it. He looked into the main hallway and didn't see the familiar patterns of Yeto's house.
I'm definitely not at Yeto and Yeta's, but then where am I. It's too cold for Hyrule Field and I've never seen any building there.
Link heard a buzzing, twisting on his heel, he quickly flipped around to find the source of the mysterious noise. He had his guard up, he didn't know where he was or what was around him, now was not a time to be unpleasantly surprised. He saw a small box fall into a slot on the wall and made his way over to it cautiously. He reached in and picked up the box, noticing instructions on the wall next to it.
To power on your communicator press the red button on the top. After your communicator has powered up, please select your method of communication: Video, Audio, or Text. If this is your first time using the communicator, We recommend the 'Video' option so that others on the network will be able to recognize you. If you select Video or Audio please wait for the green icon on the front to light up before you begin speaking. If you select Text, a white box will fill the screen allowing you to send a text message to the network.
He obviously wasn't the first person to arrive in this place. Link thought for a moment, maybe he wasn't in Hyrule, but that was ridiculous people just don't appear in other realms and he wasn't a wolf so he hadn't stumbled into twilight. He looked out the window and saw snow covering large towering buildings, but nothing that looked like a mountain anywhere in sight. He pushed the red button on the box and the small screen lit up. He selected 'Video' and waited for the front to flash green. He didn't knew what the strange word video meant, but he started talking to what he thought was a fairy trapped in a small box, that would explain what produced the light. He only hoped that the little fairy could understand what he was saying.
FINAL NOTES ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER:
Throughout his canon Link has never spoken, therefore his personality must be drawn from facial expression and interaction with others. However, he will be speaking within the game.
