While researching the newly launched Carina Press epub, I came across this NovelRank website:

You're welcome, hon! Quite a reality check for an aspiring author, isn't it?

Out of about 46 books only 3 sell in hundreds of copies, and the sales are rather scant for the rest!

Funny, I still want to keep submitting my stories to epubs. Really curious how I'd fare with the readers outside the HP fandom.

But this info does help me avoid too-high expectations.

I ran Stephen King and Nora Roberts on NovelRank - their books sell in thousands of copies!
