[Again, for some reason, Kaye was in Cybernetics. She liked coffee, and it was a nice place, so she was sitting at the same place she sat at yesterday when she was cursed, with a computer and a now full cup of coffee. She was simply reading and clicking around boredly on the Network, until one of her pointed ears twitched when she heard the boy and a... horse? Her head whirled around in time to see that sight.]

[Blinking, she slowly got up from her chair and went to the doorway.]

Hey. Do you, uhm, need any help? [Pause. Her eyes widen a little, but it's hard to notice because they're mostly pitch black.] ..Are you that guy from the video game?

[Link seemed to be arguing with Epona until he was approached by someone that was--green?

...he's seen weirder, he had to admit.

He blinked at her, and then to Epona, and sighed.]

She won't fit. [He sounded annoyed at this, partially because Epona seemed to stubborn to enter. So he glared at the horse, and then at the second question the glare broke, and he stared at Kaye in confusion.]

...vid-ee-oh game? What's that?

[Watching, Kaye couldn't help but grin. This City was so surreal - characters from comic books and video games were real here, and it was kind of fun. She laughed and stepped closer to look at Epona.]

Video game. It's.. something from my world. It's like a game where you play as a character who saves the world, fighting monsters. Legend of Zelda. I've only played it a few times.

[She stared at the horse.]

I don't think they'll allow her inside, anyway..

[The whole concept of him being a video game character just kinda flew over his head and he let go of Epona's reins to face Kaye, ecstatic but kinda desperate looking at the same time.]

Zelda! Have you seen her? And Navi?! Zelda's a princess, really pretty with blond hair and a funny dress and Navi's a fairy of mine, but I can't find either of them and Navi's usually with me and--

[Link, you're kinda slow. He stopped and looked over at Epona, his brows furrowing.]

...but if I leave her outside, someone might take her.

[..Oh boy. Kaye had only played the Zelda games a few times because she mostly traveled on the road, and the games were expensive. But somehow she never remembered the Hero of Time having a personality or being that nuts over Zelda. Oh well, it made sense. Of course he'd be nuts over this princess if he saved her life so many times.]

Uhm, Zelda? No, I haven't seen her. [She smiles a little sadly. She misses someone too.] Or Navi. Sorry..

I don't think anyone will steal her. Unless they want to eat her?

[WIBBLE. No Zelda? Or Navi? Now Link looked disappointed. Equivalent to a kick puppy, really, and he reached over to pet Epona a little.]

...well, fine. [He spoke after that little exchange, and he gradually pushed Epona out of the door.] Nobody better take her, then. And don't go up to strangers or walk away, you got it?

[Epona almost looked like she rolled her eyes, but she went outside to stand obediently, and Link turned back to Kaye. WIBBLES.]

[OOC: I wonder if I could get away with apping him. Given the mask I'm sure I could work something out, after all. He's got all that internal conflict and motivations, and that's all just from the game itself. It's not like stronger characters don't already exist in this game, and that freaky head-twitch thing makes him hard to pass up. And since Ganondorf wasn't NEARLY as fun a villain as Skullkid, I'm sure it'd be more enjoyable for you folks, too. :3 I CAN HARASS YOU AND STEAL YOUR HORSE AND STUFF. Heck yeah, I'm gonna do it. :D]
