This is the earliest I've been up all week...
I got to make Brownie Bottom Cheesecake yesterday. My first Cheesecake from scratch. It turned out well, surprisingly, without a hand mixer. Mike had to do all the heavy mixing work though, :). I made him cheesy double decker tacos for dinner too. I like cooking for him. Heh. Housewife in training? I think so. :)
I go back to Tallahassee tomorrow. That sucks. Spring break has gone by way too fast. I might get to see Mike next month, but its still not the same as waking up next to him everyday like I got to this week. At least it won't be so bad next year. We might not get to be together all the time, but at least we'll be in the same city again. 265 miles is a long way to be apart.
On the bright side, I looked at my Religion Assignment #2 and its not due until NEXT Monday (20th). Sweeeet. I have next week to do it. Yay! Thats a big relief.
Hmm... Time to go eat some breakfast or something...
