well this weekend i learned a important lesson..never eat taco bell before you are gonna run track....a mistake i wont ever do again. on our way down to rio rico we stopped at a taco bell and ate lunch..me the stupid person i am...got two double decker tacos and a cheesy gordita. man, did it come back and kick me in the ass....so we got there and
