It's not fair how some girls' parents let them do whatever the fuck they want to do. FOR EXAMPLE. Why do some get to spend the night at their boyfried's house after only being together for a couple of weeks? For god's sakes, I've been with Eric for 13 months now and my parents wouldn't even consider letting him spend the night, or vise versa. It's ( Read more... )

You were never really the rebellious teenager I attempted to shape you into. I knew your parents were gonna be like that. As it stands, I could go to anyones house any night I want and be like "Yeah... I'll be there. Cya" and they'll tell me to be safe. You need to stomp your foot and be like "NO! Here's what's going down. This is why I'm pissed and you're going to listen to me". If they ground you, ignore them and keep going about your way. Eventually they'll cave.

It'd also help if you had a car so you constantly have an escape route but that's another story for another day

Yeah, it sucks. I'm such a do-gooder. Seriously, I NEVER get in trouble! EVER. Well I mean besides really little things like forgetting to clean the bathroom or something. But I'm a really good kid. Yeah, I'm thinking I'm gonna have to take charge. I'm a little afraid of my dad though, and it's hard for me to stick up for myself once he's set a rule.

No crap. And if you can point me in the direction where I can buy a car for a little under $200, then that would be super. Heh.

I could probably find a few if I tried... You can't spend more than 200!?

I can spend more than that, it's just the fact that currently, I don't HAVE more than that. That's why I'm saving like 90% of every paycheck I get.

It's a little jacked up that your mom is so closed to the idea of you spending the night with your boyfriend. How old are you, anyway?

I agree. I'll probably just need to sit her down and talk it through. I'm 17.

its because the parents of the girls that can spend the night at their boyfriends were/or currently are, sluts. or maybe its because parents think they cant trust you even though they always say they want to. psh, please.

I don't even know what to think about it anymore. I'm just going to maturely talk to my mom about it.
