Lets just say it was a typical race of "I CAN DO THIS. It's almost my last year I'm getting the patch they say I can get" ending in tears and lots of depression. I havn't run that hard all year. I've NEVER dry heaved in a race because I was running that hard. Maybe I should to that more. Let myself down some more. Someone remind me not to run next

I dry heaved at my district race sophomore year. It sucked... a lot... but don't worry, we all have our bad races and you always have next year!!!
