So shit I just bought another Dickie's bag today, a backpack this time as opposed to the pinstripe messenger bag I got months ago. I figure this'll be easier on my back for when I'm carrying a ton of philosophy text books to school and a bunch of other shit.

i know i know but i love Cap he's just such a great character, he really represents the nostalgic American mythology of the pre-WW2 era contrasted with how America is viewed today in teh world and how the government is run etc. and the way they play that off in the comics is great

I remember hearing about it on ONTD when he died. How long till they bring him back, would you wager? Do you think it's all symbolic and he'll be resurrected once the Bush regime is ousted? I don't know, i don't read comic books any longer.

His theme tune in the Vs games was gloriously epic, i remember that much.

Hmm. Remember when you were right on the cusp of being internet famous? I'd say i miss your posting sagas, where you would hilariously detail like every minute detail of your adventures out for lj, but then i remember how little of a life i had myself at the time and it's probably for the better that i now have adventures of my own. Or try to, at least. Anyway, yea, that was tangential.

I'd say at least a year, maybe 2. I'm not sure how they'll bring him back...I know that eventually they'll have someone else take up the mantle, or have imposters, or clones, or something magical i dunno. I don't think his resurrection will have to do with Bush.

I vote Captain America as well. It fills the space of that panel of the backpack just a little better. I also think he might be a little big for the front panel of a jacket, if that's where you were thinking of putting it.

I feel what you're sayin, if I use the Harley patch then I'll want to put Cap on the jacket, but it probly won't fit right. Harley is slim and can go easily on anywhere.
