We all have bad days at work no worries it'll be better... and when you work at a store like that void's are just a way of life... but if they come back in shouldnt they go to a service desk or something?

Nope, cause Customer Service doesn't want to handle our mistakes if they can avoid it... we HAVE to send them back for voids on Debt, cause they have to speed up the re-credit of the person's account

thus the wonders of working retail....you will soon learn that there are numerous dumb asses who cant read signs correctly, and are just plain annoying. just take pride in the fact that you are smarter than them and keep smiling.

hey, now you know how i feel daily. it always seems to drag on after lunch when people are actually shopping and you have to help them.

When it's busy it's a piece of cake... it's when there's no one around when the day drags on and on and on cause your just standing around doing nothing.
