Environmental science!

That's great, I think you'll really enjoy it! I liked my Environmental Science class a lot, but it was a bit too science-y for me to consider doing it full time. From what I have heard ENVS jobs are somewhat similar to design in that it's a huuuge field with lots of niches and job types. Enough to keep it from being boring. It's also, I think, a career/major that will be tangibly making a difference in the world, helping the earth.

You can graduate and help Queensland decide what to do about the toads!

Also, on a mushier note: I have looked up to you since day one and I still do, a lot. A lot. I am so blessed to have a sister I love and respect. <3

When you find yourself hitting the wall, look for a new door! I'm pleased that you were open and receptive to new ideas, then took the initiative to look around yourself and find that new door. It seems to be a much better fit; something that is attainable in a reasonable amount of time; with a light at the end of the tunnel. What a mature response! Yay! My work here is almost done. Now off to State Rehab and maybe some college assistance!

Wow! What a perfect solution. Feels like some real progress. Chemistry can still come into play, if you want it to - following carbon cycling or chemicals in the soil or water... oh goodness I'm sure there's so much more to do with that degree than you can even think.
