Japan Honeymoon Adventure: Mitaka, Shibuya (aka Revenge of the Octopus)

Today we got a late start as we had to wash ALL THE CLOTHES. And the Japanese dryers are weak against our strong Australian clothing. I felt like such a boob using so much energy in a city with an energy shortage, but there's nowhere to dry clothing in this tiny hotel room

Ok, that right there with the sushi?? That's me with ALL Japanese food anywhere out of Japan. I cannot eat it anymore! *wails*

I far, far prefer techno-toilet to the traditional Japanese toilet

OH PS there should be a place in Asakusa where you can cook your own okonomiyaki. If you want I'll grab the address. Ours turned out abysmally but it's still fun. If it's still there.

That sounds like fun! We're out of Tokyo now, but we'll be staying another couple days at the end of our trip :3
