My method worked last night...mtfierceAugust 21 2003, 17:15:09 UTC
I slept a couple of hours when I got home so that I wasn't at the, "I'm going to rip your head off whoever you are if you bother me at all," stage, and then went to bed early.

I would have gotten a quick nap, had I not had to work 3 hours over.
And my man decided to mess with me last night. I think he just does, sometime, poking and testing what kind of reaction he can get out of me. I wasn't up to playing that game last night and shut him out. And then when he finally left me alone I was upset that we weren't fighting - because honestly, that's how we fix things. He doesn't even call it fighting, but my parents would so I do.
School tonight, no time to rest or work things out. Going out my C tomorrow to get away - Sat is very busy, Sun is very busy, so I'm holding out until Monday to get this issue worked out. But I figure, we've made it 14 years, we can make it til Monday. And it's not a big deal, but something I think we need to get to the bottom of and fix as best we can. I'm very conscious of building resentment and I don't like it.
Or I could be massively over-reacting because it's been a long and stressful two weeks that were supposed to be nice and relaxed cuz Fi is gone. Sigh.
D2 is watching me work, I put a line in place, then sit back to look at it. I know it's not right, but I am not seeing the 'right' immediately.
He laughs. "*That's* not what I drew." I bite his head off, "I know. It takes me time to see things. I not as quick as I could be because I am still working on understanding what I am drawing."
Kid gloves after that, which is worse.
Grrr.. seeth. grrr...
He leaves and the first thing I grab is a beer. I have to stop drinking again. Dammit.
