Party
Ok, I'm going to be moving out like I said so we're having one last party here before I move out. There will be drinking and boozing of all flavors. We're looking at doing it on the 8th (saturday) of July. This is so that it doesn't interfere with baja weekend. I'll post more about this later.
I made a marinade earlier today with garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, mirin and rice wine vin, then marinated chicken in it. This was the first time I'd cooked with mirin and it turned out pretty well, more on cooking later.
