One of my numerous oddities has a name!

 And that name is synesthesia! For many years, I've had this thing going on that I could see colours when I listened to music and the colours were always recurring. For example, Lucy by Anna Tsuchiya, which I was listening to moments go,  is pink all the way and Merkebah's music is like the dawn... sort of yellowish but with some black in it too.

Yes, me! I hadn't known that this thing has a name and is so rare before I read your blog. I always use this "trick" when I am writing, I try to imagine the scene, then I choose the music, listen to it for a while until the colors bring me into the right mood, then I get started!

Yay I'm not alone!! :D Music and colours also help me with characters and writing. In fact, one of my characters is entirely based on a song... Yes do read more about it, it's quite interesting. :)
