Pardon the cliche, but time really does heal all things. If someone has hurt you and you want an apology, but you don't want to talk to that person and don't expect them to recant, then it's best to move on. Some people are just jerks at heart, no matter how they look on the surface.

Of course, that's easier said than done.. but Sazo's current advice is good. Talking about things often helps even if it doesn't really accomplish anything. Getting it off your chest is probably the best thing you could do.
