So nothing in particular happening, but I know that if I don't post every so often, I'll get out of the habit and this blog will go by the wayside again. Hmm. Capoeira is still amazing. Haha, a cartwheel! I used to do those a lot when I was younger. Funny thing - when I would pass the soccer fields on my way home from work (the Edge) this summer, I would always get the urge to do cartwheels. So one time I set my stuff down and did one. It was fun. :D

Ok, so what exactly is capoeira? Cartwheels? Wow, I haven't done one of those in years. I'm glad you have a good roommate!

Capoeira is a mix between martial arts, dance, and a game. It's originally from Brazil and is played to the accompaniment of music and singing. Cartwheels are a very small part of it. I think you can see a clip of it here: http://students.hamilton.edu/2005/smchugh/2005%20sampler%20CD.mov
