Run Lola Run

Seen the movie? Yea. So I have my o chem test this morning. The class starts at 8 and goes to 8:50, but the prof tells us that students are always begging him for more time at the end of an hour, so he'll pass out the tests at 7:50. I set my alarm for 6:30. I wake up to my roommate's alarm, sit bolt upright, ask what time it is...It's 7:45. ( Read more... )

Haha, that's exactly right.
I failed my accounting midterm today *shrugs*
I wasn't this calm about it earlier. But now I have a marketing midterm to study for (tonight!). Tests suck.

Good luck on Thursday!

much better than accounting! the worst part of it was having to take it in the CU Event Center again (acct was there too). we have to use these lap board things and it's so uncomfortable. i wanted to get up and leave about 30 minutes into the exam, without finishing, because i was so uncomfortable and the test was so boring! lol. ever have one of those tests where you feel like stopping in the middle because it isn't very interesting?

i hope you were able to focus more and that you do really well tomorrow! :P

Oh, I totally have those tests all the time. And pretty much all of the AP tests were like that. That's almost as bad as the ones that you want to leave in the middle so you can go cry...Mine was (fortunately) not one of those. I was in the zone, lol.

Kelly! You won't fail your physics test on Thursday. You're Kelly, you couldn't fail something even if you wanted to. Granted its already Wednesday, but study in 10-15 minute increments at a time (your mind retains more that way.) Drink some mint tea, too, that helps for memory. Hehe, little pagan tip, sorry. ;-)

good call. didn't know about the 10-15 minute interval thing...interesting. should work well with my inability to focus on anything. agh. i think the real issue is not that i don't have enough time to study (although that's something of a problem too), but more that it's not really something i can study. it's not a conceptual issue, and it's not a memorization thing. sigh. but i'll be much happier if i have mint tea; you're right ;)
