My packing list also is finalized. Maybe I'll type it out like Lynne. Going to Cozumel in less than 12 days seems surreal. I know that it's happening and I've been counting down for the past month, but it doesn't feel like I will REALLY be going. How weird. How awesome. I'll probably pee my pants at the airport.
There is a Backstreet Boys reunion concert on April 5th at 6:30 at the State Theater. Lynne and I are for sure going. Would anyone else like to join? backstreets back alright.
Work went by really fast tonight. I really don't mind working most of the time. It just sucks on school nights because it's 3-9:30. I have homework to do, and when I come home, I don't have the energy to do it. I have the energy to sit online though. What a shame. I was thinking about asking to have a few more hours... going from 2 to 3 days a week, but I soon realized that there is going to be too much coming up in the next month or so that it would be stupid of me. First Step week is coming soon, which means lots and lots of planning time. AP testing is in May, which I need to be awesome at. So, I think I'll just go along with the 2 days a week schedule for now. If I waited til end of May, that would probably just be stupid because I'd soon probably be getting another job. I want to wait tables. I need to figure out where though.
I realized recently that my entire group of good friends, both boys and girls, does not "date." Why? I don't know. But we don't. It's weird. For a long time, throughout much of high school, I thought that people just didn't really "date" anymore. I don't mean that I didn't know people had boyfriends or girlfriends, but just no general, casual dating... to get to know someone. People do that all the time. Why don't we?
Cominghome was fun. The dancing was good after the first 15 minutes. It just made me more excited for PROM, knowing that half of our best friends weren't there and it was a great time, but they'll be there on June 9th. We need to come up with song ideas for the dance sequence!!! Picture the dance in She's All That, but better, and with the DIRTY BIRD.
