I've had T-Mobile for a year now and I love them. The phones are great, the customer service is incredible, and their plans are terrific. Also, the insurance is totally impressive. I dropped my first phone like a week after I got it and broke it. Insurance did charge me a deductible of $50.00 (but my insurance is only like $5.00 a month) and I had a new phone by noon the next day.

We had T-Mobile before we moved down here and loved them too, however we got zero signal with them. They were very nice and let us cancel our plan with no penalties because we got no signal.

Insurance is never worth it - none of my phones are insured!

I just got back from the service store and they are finally going to give us a new phone (granted we have to wait 3-5 days, but still)
