I forgot that nextel and sprint were the same company now...

I had some problems with Sprint in the past, but instead of waiting on the phone for hours I went on their wikipedia entry and changed their entry to more accurately reflect their poor customer service record. I basically rewrote the entire customer service part. I have possibly done more damage singlehandedly to that company than anyone else has (besides themselves, for having such horrible customer service).
