The past few days were....interesting. Tuesday morning we head up to Tennessee to see Kiel's folk's new place. It's still being built. We stayed in the communal barn house (there's several other people building next to them and this barn house is "owned" by everyone as like a guest house type thing). Holy crap batman, glasses SUCK, especially when you are as blind as I am.

3 more days until I go to Houston, WOOHOO!!! Which means Kiel will be home soon, booo! I'm liking things without him around right now (how awfull am I?!).

Oh, and Leah, is a pig. She drank HALF my icee earlier! Of course, she threw a fit when I took it away from her.

So, here it is, Monday night and I am finally back home.  This weekend was a BLAST!!!  It was such a treat to see Kiel, it really was; and honestly, we'll probably never have a deployment again that we'll be able to see him during it.

So, I'm excited right now....the day cruise for Kiel's sub got approved!!! SO, that means that next weekend, I get to see him and get to go on his sub for a little ride! Ok, so I actually had this idea a loooooong time ago- get a tattoo of longhorns, but put the Texas flag in it.  Now, I like UT, but I'm not a diehard fan and I don't want burnt orange horns on me forever, but that symbol is well associated with Texas.  Now, just getting the Texas flag I thought was plain.  So, I got this:
