I feel kinda shitty for not having hard core sympathy for those affected by Katrina. Don't get me wrong, I agree with Keri that more preventative measures could have been taken to minimize the death toll. And I would love it if our troops were here to help. But in the wake of another national disaster, I find myself focused on what I'm doing.
