Lionel hopes waking up with that niggling feeling in the back of his head isn't going to become something that happens on a regular basis, but he'll never really know on the island. The last time he'd woken up with it, he'd been in L.A. except not, and before that, he'd woken up in Valerie's body

Daisy just turns, an arm draped over her eyes as she knows deep down, she just knows that she hasn't had her proper eight hours of beauty rest. "Who's there," she says, voice hoarse from sleep. "And I don't have any candy, so you can go push on someone else's charity!"

Lionel makes an annoyed sound, stopping just short of stamping his foot and decides to just go in. He doesn't really care if Daisy's roommate is there or if Daisy'd been sleeping; he just needs to see someone familiar, and he can already tell Daisy's still herself. "I don't need your charity," he says, walking over to her bed, "and I wouldn't take your candy if you had some anyway."

He's aware he's pouting, but after waking up this way, Lionel figures he's allowed at least a bit of childish dramatics.

Daisy slowly rouses, just in her pink slip of a nightgown as she sits up, quick to restrain her bedhead into a low-lying ponytail. She's without makeup, which means she's ready to glare at the little child.

"Listen," she half-growls. "I barely sleep as it is and now, I had finally lulled myself into rest and you woke me up," the last three words are punctuated as she looks him over. "Who are you, anyway?" she asks, wondering if she's reaped him?

Lionel's used to his own height, so Daisy towering over him, even when she's sitting startles him enough into taking a step backwards. He still stares up at her, though. "I'm Lionel, and you're not a morning person, are you?"
