This was a perfect Damian story, really, it ripped my heart out but it was just right. The way you left all the important details undescribed, the stiff agonized pain in Damian's every word, that last paragraph--!

I'm really hoping canon doesn't go this way, but this was a tiny compressed gem of exquisite pain.

Haha yeah, as soon as I got this out, I wanted to smack myself in the face for doing this to Titus and the boys. But whether or not something like this happens, Tomasi seems pretty intent on ripping our hearts to shreds either way, lol.
