To celebrate my being laid off by this coming October, Angela sold one of her kidneys and snagged tickets to the NIN/Bauhaus at Red Rocks May 30th. I've never seen either band live, and to see Bauhaus will be the final validation of my 11 years of gothitude.

That is awesome!!

I can't wait to take Neil to his first Bauhaus show.. awe .. lol.. I am sappy. Funny thing: I played Bauhaus for him and he says "They sound like She Wants Revenge a little" I gave him the stare of doom and corrected him very quickly, "No my dear, SWR sounds like Bauhaus and I will hurt you if you mix that up again." LOL I adore him but..he is young and doesn't get it. All he knows is that NIN is performing and he likes them. It is cute in a way. Hehe

Hope you guys have fun Bauhaus is AWESOME live and so is NIN.

Indeed, Bauhaus is the predecessor, and SWR is the antecedent. If Neil's young *and* cute, I say keep him around in spite of such things. You'll have to show me the Stare of Doom. :)
