Learn how to achieve this coloring in 6 simple steps.

I started with my base cropped from an original bigger picture of course.
1.Duplicate base,set to soft light.
2.Create new layer,fill layer with #052463 and set to exclusion.opacity 100%.
3.Create new layer again, fill with #D1FFFC and set to color burn,opacity 100% as well.
4.New layer again,this time fill with #720028 and set to soft light,opacity 21%.
5.Another new later, fill with #FFDFC3 and set to multiply,opacity 41%.
6.Lastly, duplicate the base again and bring all the way to the top and set to soft light.
And voila! You're done. :D
