I've never been in an Ikea, but I hear it's a good place to go for affordable furniture/furnishings. I'm glad you found stuff you like ^_^

may your toe feel better soon. last summer I dropped a bench on my big left toe, and got a blood blister under my nail that took manymany months to grow out. it hurt. so, yeah, I feel your pain ^_^

Ikea is a lovely place, many prettyful things, quite nice quality, and I love the style of the shop. Also, lovely cafe with gorgeous cakes :D

Which one did you go to? Northumberland park, or Neasdon? (at least I think thats where it is hehe)

Those arrows are to be ignored :) In fact, in the Ikea's in Unquendor there are tiny arrows for the Fast Route in which you don't have to circle all around. I had an Ikea in Delft, where I used to live. I often visit it for the café (free coffee refills :D) and tried *not* to buy stuff :)

There are indeed Secret Shortcuts in many Ikeas which allow you defy the Arrows.....
